I would agree if it was a targeted attack but they were unfortunately just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
“She put this on herself” is a wild take. She and her family put the circumstances they were living in on themselves. They absolutely in no way put the murder of their son/brother on themselves. People in a situation where they are homeless aren’t responsible for their own murder any more than someone who lives in a home.
