   I’m just curious to the entire collective amount of taxpayer funds have been wasted on this family. Papachu is a veteran and has a mental illness that’s not his fault. I don’t include him. Tophia and her mom, however, have been dependent on government assistance ever since mamachu got on it. Their entire lives have been taxpayer funded. The welfare, food stamps, housing, medical, then the cremation, now the shelters. When does the free ride end?
