   Roaches are her only friends. So she grew her antenna-curls to be more like them.

   She would flick them off her desk too. We would call her out all the time and she would deny it. I remember Donald wanted to put roach spray but Marie and Tophia wouldn’t let him.

      Whyyyyyy? I’m an animal lover and I catch spiders and take them outside, but if there were roaches, I’d be getting rid of them as quickly as possible. I once saw one on the outside wall of my apartment building and I was terrified I was going to find one inside.
