I don’t get it, like yeah psychotherapy is a good long term treatment to mitigate the triggers that cause you to age regress, but there are also a lot of people (who’s in therapy) that use age regression to cope alongside therapy. I know age regression is a very controversial topic and you might view it as “weird”, but people have different ways to cope with stress and trauma, you can’t just expect everyone to fit into the same mold. Another thing, do you view age regression as “weird” because of the way that Nova does it? Age regression manifest differently for people that do them, most people that do age regression do it in private and don’t post about it online either.
I really don’t like how we are mudslinging at a whole group (people who happened to find age regression as something that’s effective for them to cope with stress) just because you’re weirded out by one individual… -
Sorry if I came off as rude or anything like that. I personally don’t age regress, but as someone that’s studying to become a psychiatrist, it pains me to see people view therapy as something that is very linear like therapy is not just “one-size fits all”

Id probably put my money on Nova or MG. Nova actually has/had a job in a kitchen which requires some amount of stamina. I'm unsure on what MG does, if she does anything. If she's also unemployed like tophia, and Leslie, I'm betting on Nova all the way. But I feel like MG has a hidden rage that would give Nova a run for his money.
