I HATE that I have bipolar, but when I see people like this, I’m SO incredibly thankful I managed to miss being completely off the rails. I’m just moody/have mood swings, my hypomania can rapid cycle, I have a bit of anger issues but I’m not physical and I can often control how I let it effect me (not always) and I’m wayyyyyyyy over there on the depressive side of the spectrum. I’d hate to have delusions or psychosis as well as the other off the wall bullshit it can manifest as. The most destructive thing I’ve ever done is get in some ridiculous CC debt a couple times from impulse buying a fuck ton of whatever I was hyper-fixated on at the time. Learned my damn lesson and won’t have it happen again.
