Hate is such a strong word. Lolcows by definition are used for entertainment. For laughs. Do you hate the characters (not actors, obviously) who do dumb stuff in a sitcom? Now, obviously we all perceive things differently, but this is even more of a reason not to generalize.

There's a lot of reasons tbh, but here's just a few.
She's an animal abuser
She's a pedophile
She's a pedophile defender (of her brother)
She's racist
She's transphobic
She constantly wishes death on people and their families
She fetishizes Asian men

She's super lazy in the sense that she's constantly begging for money but won't get a job even though she lives in a car
She's super lazy in the sense that she refuses to perform basic hygiene practices even though she's 30 (mind you she doesn't wipe after she pees)
She constantly blames the Internet for her financial and emotional problems even though she refuses to get offline
She let her 60+ year old sick mother live in a car for 5+ months while refusing to get a job.
She constantly brags about how people are jealous of her and she makes so much money while also begging for quarters, nickels, and dimes.
She's fucking hideous even though she constantly brags about her looks whilst putting other people down for theirs, but when people bring up her looks she complains about people being mean to her.
