      I’m not diagnosing but I personally think that she may have a skin condition similar to CVG (thick, ridged and/or excess skin on her scalp) or something similar. If I’m not mistaken a couple people brought it up sometime ago when there was a post that showed her scalp.

      Despite her horrible hygiene and lack of a skincare routine I personally don’t think she should have deep wrinkles like that at her age and considering how the skin around her eyes and ears droop it makes sense.

      Comparing her to Marie despite being elderly and not aging gracefully she STILL doesn’t have skin like Tophia.
