It definitely is she feels she’s better than them but honestly tophia is probably the ugliest female lolcow. I completely agree and I think a big reason is because tophia has no personality. she just mirrors her fyp, but she hasn’t developed her own personality at all, she has no thoughts or opinions of her own. I actually stand on tophia still being the most naturally effortlessly ugly lolcow. Tammy abused meth which notoriously makes you look fucked and Leslie is morbidly obese to the point of disfigurement it’s impossible to judge how she’d look thin. Meanwhile tophia is fat but you can tell even if she lost the weight her face card would permanently decline.

Not a doctor, but I had a similar issue when I was majorly overweight. It was caused by having GERD plus eating large amounts of fatty, greasy foods.

I experienced the same when I was very overweight. The GERD was horrendous & I ended up with functional dispepsia, which just adds pain & nausea to the mix (pain when you don't eat, nausea when you do - it sucked so bad). I changed my diet, lost 140 lbs, & so far, so good 👍🏻 😊
