Lack of evidence maybe? I have no idea how the courts work. But it does always seem that someone who does something horrific always has a list of priors that were dismissed or they got a slap on the wrist.
Meanwhile, someone caught with weed gets 20 years.

They failed his kids bad then, it honestly makes it look worse on their behalf bc how are you getting someone for such serious horrible charges and just never end up having enough evidence for anything? And he ended up getting custody w his kids. But they also clearly failed tophia and her brother when they were kids so😒

From my perspective he took a plea deal and all other charges were dismissed because he pleaded guilty to aggravated battery.

If u check his other records its hella child abuse stuff and all of them were dismissed too, do u think its a plea deal for those too? Damn they really didnt play around w papachu tho, he may have been let go on stuff but thats cuz they said hes incompetent 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Not abq but man sometimes cops will try to throw amped up charges at you so when you get to court your public defender will usually get them dismissed or dropped to a lower charge. Hell I went from looking at 15 years with 1 million bail to doing some anger management classes. Jail sucks lmao.

Im very glad you ended up w anger management only bc wth??? But also his history and charges are so damn extensive that on one hand i hope its not that bc thats acc horrible if they got this man in and out of court for crazy shit they never even believed, but for the sake of those kids i hope it is that. Him getting off such crazy ass charges that often is literally insane

I've seen the both of the sisters' FB of the guy and what a laugh those two are. They seem okay* (that's a bit of a stretch) but wowee the way they are grieving their methed out brother as if he didnt violently murder a man and seriously injure an elderly woman just to run from the cops from his other crimes. Saying their brother was killed as if he were the one at the wrong place, wrong time. Seem to be a messy ass family too as the slydells but they keep the online presence at a minimum compared to Biggie T. If it were my brother that did a heninous crime, i would have not even mentioned it at all online. Fk them and the killer.

Honestly i have no idea, I remember being so confused over how people could be on the streets here with multiple dui charges. Back in California they would impound your car and suspend your license right away. But apparently here if the cops didn’t show up to the court date then the charges would be dropped and it was shocking
