if tophia is COURT ORDERED to not talk about angie like she keeps saying , why the HELL is she still discussing angie on live when she’s well aware , & admitted herself that she’s not supposed to talk about her .. angie does not say a thing about tophia until tophia starts ranting about her , then when angie responds to what tophia says , tophia hates it, flips the whole situation around & tries to make it seem like angie is the issue , & not only that , she keeps constantly saying angie is gonna do nothing but discriminate herself before her court date , but isn’t tophia literally doing the same thing by not following her court order ??? she needs to let her brother fight his own battles , cause she is too obsessed with what they have going on , it’s giving she wants her own brother

I’m fairly certain that the judge saying “stop talking about one another” was more reasonable advice and not an actual court order since both protection orders were dismissed in court. But idk tho. I wish they would all stfu about one another 😣

Paralegal here. You legally can’t tell someone they can’t talk about someone else, goes against the first amendment. You can give a cease and desist, but it will get thrown out unless they’re actively threatening lives/committing slander that’s proving to harm their likeness.

A couple days ago there was someone with a pfp of Angie on her back, & they kept spamming gifts. Then Tophia when on a whole rant about the picture being a screenshot from Angie’s “leaked video” I didn’t know about that. Even the subs were saying we didn’t know so you shouldn’t have said anything, & she went on to say oh well everyone knows about it. Like what…. You could’ve just blocked that one person with the picture….
