         I mean, a person has a right to voice their opinion and can say they don’t watch much on Tophia. The mentality of ‘then why are you here’ is a bit strange since you can remain subbed to a community and check in every now and then to see if there are any developments while also thinking that people should just let her be for a bit. Dissent is what makes conversations interesting. Otherwise you get just get an echo chamber of the exact same opinion and voice.

               Do you realize that you’re yelling in caps at a stranger that you have never met about a person you don’t know like you have personal anger? I feel like some people in this Reddit have lost the plot and are feeling way too much personal investment in Tophia and other lolcows.

               If someone is making you this angry then you might want to re-evaluate your engagement with the content. It just isn’t healthy, and I am reminded of how often people told Tophia that if she didn’t like what she was hearing then she needed to get off line. The same can be said of people getting push back in this sub. If you can’t handle that someone else is voicing another opinion and can only respond with vitriol then you should disengage.

         I’m here so I don’t watch it on TT and give her any credit. I’m here hoping she gets a job and picks up her life. I’m here to see Marie’s progress bec I am ready to report as I’m a mandated reporter. If Tophia decides against nursing care and Marie goes back to streets I’m going to ride Tophia like white on rice until Marie gets the care she deserves. That’s my unsolicited opinion.

         Honestly, the interactions tonight made me re-evaluate this sub. It used to be fun to laugh at Tophia, but now that it’s gotten serious and dark I see that there is just unbridled hatred brewing here. I don’t want to dwell in negativity, and it’s clear that is all that can be found here. Good luck to those remaining.

         I won’t morally grandstand over someone watching Tophiachu or lolcows in general cause I’d be a hypocrite and it’s stupid. But to me it’s at the point where I feel that she needs to be left alone, she’ll either fade away and finally realize that she needs to do something (she won’t but I like to believe she would) or she’ll just continue to ride the downward spiral
