   BS, Angie said Tophia didn’t go out and look for hershey! Her brother went out to look that night. The only thing they been doing after that night is looking on shelter websites for her. She’s crying because she knows she didn’t do enough. She so damn scared to leave that motel room because she knows people will recognize her.
