Just insane how she’s bragging about all the food she’s she’s been ordering. Thinking about how much it cost a month to maintain how heavy she is all her live streams. You can hear her peeling back the paper on a burger. She constantly eats all day long. She is huge. There is no chance that her brother was just a victim of a car jacking. He seemed like a shady piece of shit. While her mother is in whatever rehab situation, she is living in hotels, eating well instead of looking for an apartment. Food is literally a drug and you could see how it’s ruining her life.

Most of us knew this since the beginning and is why we never felt bad for her or chose to donate to her even after she went through something horrible and traumatic. She can’t EVER be trusted with money.

If she does get into section 8 or into any kind of housing,She needs to keep it tidy.Here in Texas they have yearly inspections of section 8 housings

here in California, they don’t seem to do that. I doubt New Mexico exactly has people willing to go check up on tenants.

If she has an eviction on her record, will she still qualify for section 8 housing even if she does get section 8 she will still have to pay rent even if it's only like 20 bucks. But I highly doubt she'll even be willing to pay that. She'll spend it all and right before rent's due she'll say something like oh I can come up with 20 bucks and then not come up with it and end up getting kicked out again. And once you get kicked out from section 8 housing they'll never let you get it again.

She won't. She has to get a real job for Section 8, that's why they got dropped from the program before. If you get evicted from Section 8 or dropped within the last 3 years, they won't approve it again. At most maybe her mom is getting help and Tophia thinks she can just move her barnacle ass on in.

Yes she is low IQ. She is intellectually disabled. She fell through the cracks in the school system. Her parents failed her to get her the proper help she needs. Now she lives in a delusion and needs adult protective services to step in.

I don’t think she’s intellectually disabled. Not in the sense that she can’t care for herself or even others or that learning is even hard for her. She’s just lazy and entitled. Her dad is mentally ill and basically taught her that victimizing herself is normal. If she fails, it’s never her fault - it’s always an external source’s fault (White people being racist towards her, trolls being mean to her, etc).
She’s got major personality disorders to be sure, but nothing that warrants APS. She’s not truly delusional because she’s cognizant enough to lie when something makes her look bad or to dodge accountability. She knows reality. She just chooses to believe the delusion because then she doesn’t have to do anything.
There’s a million people like her. She’s no more incompetent or mentally disabled than people who fake injuries or illness to collect disability.

Has APS been made aware of anything going on in the past? Like I am not up to date enough on Tophia lore. But since Donald passing I am so scared for both her and her mother. Like obviously neither of them are fit to be on their own. And I'm trying to figure out like what is the most appropriate direct action that can be taken in her situation.
I have always been a proponent of not interacting with her or lolcows in general because it's dangerous for them it's dangerous for yourself it exasperates the situation. But something has to happen or we are legitimately going to see Marie die and Tofia die.
And the sad thing is this subreddit will make fun of them no matter what happened

There's something seriously wrong if APS has not been alerted by somebody. The hospital, the police random people who follow her or maybe talk to her regularly on the internet I'm sure. Or at least I hope somebody has contacted APS. Someone has to be a mandated reporter and have reported it. Her digital footprint is never ending. It wouldn't take much for anybody even like a journalist Just trying to look up the case would have seen her online presence and should have made a report.

Intellectually disabled is a stretch. And also she’s 30 years old. Her parents failing her is not a valid excuse anymore. There are people who had it 10 times worse than her and they are living successful lives. She is capable, she just doesn’t want to do it. She’s being lazy, it has nothing to do with IQ. People have thrown resources at her for years, and she straight up refuses to better her situation. At this point, she knows what to do, she just won’t do it.

Because she's not living in reality there is something fundamentally wrong about her perception of what is happening around her she needs authorities to step in at some point. If she was ever prosecuted for any of the crimes she is committed she could have been incarcerated evaluated and then put into a group home upon release. She needs to be somewhere where somebody is enforcing rules and routine on her.
We are going to see her die because of her inability to think her actions through.

If you’re ordering takeout for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that’s close to $50-$60 a day, run that to 7 days a week $350-$420 a week, plus whatever clothes and other “essentials” that is going to quickly drain that gfm for the services if she’s got ahold of that money that her brothers friends were able to help get for the burial or cremation.
