   I'm confused. So based off of this story, it sounds like she went up to pay the rent/fees, which apparently was $100, and just left her cash on the counter and walked away because they were busy? What kind of idiot throws cash onto a countertop that is surrounded by people and then just walks away? She couldn't stand in line like a normal adult? Either she is absolutely brain dead or this is entirely made up as an excuse for why she blew her money instead of paying rent lmao
