Well with all the times Tophia said “pull up pussy bitches, bastards” mods pls do t delete this its what she said. But she made them both a lot of enemies. The suspects friends would talk with reward money but I dought NM is putting a reward for a homeless family. Sits cold and harsh and so is the NM govt. Maybe his car buddies can use that money towards a reward for finding out the suspects motive. His buddies will talk for money. Polygraph them. Anyway I’d LOVEEEEE to know the TRUTH about what reaasallllyyy happened bec Tophia isn’t light enough to toss out of the car. She ran. And why wasn’t she shot?? Many questions bec my LE detective ex said it doesn’t add up.

you have no idea what you would do in that situation. people react differently in traumatic situations, it doesn't make it suspicious. they were at the **wrong place** at the wrong time.

They definitely think this was a targeted attack based on all the evidence. Tophia has a lot of people who didn’t like her, and she had states recently that people were following her in her car? Or something of that sort. She has brought up a lot of things that people do not take lightly. PD won’t tell the news or Tophia anything because it’s clear Tophia isn’t all there and they don’t want her ruining the investigation. I have family in law enforcement, as well. I spoke to them and asked why has nothing been released apart from the basic things and they said they don’t want to expose too much yet because they’re trying to piece it together and if it was a random carjacking the names would’ve already been shared to the public. Tophia has a lot of reports of the things people have been doing to her so that’s coming into play here too.

This was not a targeted attack… they would’ve hurt tophia instead. This was just some crazy person with nothing to lose. Did you guys not listen to the news story? He shot his gun blocks away then crashed around where this car was parked and just ran to the closest car he could find

the owner of the black jeep said that he noticed someone (donald jr) full of blood in the drivers seat, so does that mean that the suspect killed him and then just sat on him and drove off?? thats so crazy and fucked..

it's like being a passenger in your worst nightmare. almost like an out of body experience. it's unfathomable unless you've been in a situation remotely close to what marie must've seen and felt.

wow, I never considered this. I was wondering that as well, I assumed I was just mixing up the details, but I never even thought of the possibility of the suspect sitting on his deceased body to drive off. That’s a whole other level of sick and twisted 😞

i initially thought he was in the passenger seat when he was shot but when i learned he was in the drivers seat i thought at the very least he moved donald jr to the passenger side, but knowing he just sat on him and drove away is just another layer of tragic. no regard for him im appalled

Marie is who I literally cry for bec my children aren’t much younger than hers and it’s hard not to feel compassion and empathy mother to mother. That’s a pain I never want to feel and I don’t claim that energy. My heart is for Marie and her healing may she have the resources and may Tophia let her use the resources bec they are like gold in NM. Tophia needs a financial guardian. It’s a shame no family came out even after all this. Who knows maybe they did.

I’m wondering if people have spoke by to detectives and they seen tophios first Instagram post where she thought it was the people from the internet either way!! Let this tragic event make sense don’t ever tell someone to pull up bc they can and this can happen I hate this for them but again Tophia internet bs could of made this happen sooner look at all the other things that have been done to her you never know who you are arguing with mindset is or what they are capable of doing I hope this will change her thinking but based on her new insta stories I doubt it she will come out of this a bigger victim

“Trying to figure out a motive” good luck getting a motive talking to the dead suspect. he was running from cops and didn’t want to get caught so he did whatever he felt like I guess. That’s the only motive that makes sense
