Why does tophia talk SO SLOW? Her overall cadence is just slow. I’m from the Southeast US, and people in my state(South Carolina) generally talk really fast and animated and I’ve never encountered someone like tophia, even the older people here usually talk pretty fast. Is this a New Mexico in general thing or just a tophia thing??
