Not only is she morbidly obese, but she’s also the least healthiest type of obese you can be. People who are insulin resistent will typically have this type of body. Given Tophias age and the fact that she’s a woman, this body type is even more rare and unhealthy. Even distribution of fat is typically indicative of overall decent musculature under fat deposits. Basically the saying “youre not fat you’re big boned” does have some merit to it, although you’re bones arent actually what’s causing you to have a heavier set body type, it’s the amount of muscle. Even fat around your extremities is better for cardiovascular health than fat unproportionately distributed around your organs.
I would say that it would be very surprising to learn that Tophia is not Type II diabetic, she basically has all the phenotypical symptoms. However, I do think it’s weird she wouldn’t bring it up to her audience for sympathy. Then again though, she definitely has untreated PCOS and never brings it up or seems to seek treatment for it. Anyways, this woman needs to see an endocrinologist like yesterday, because her health is actually horrendous. Sorry, if you don’t subscribe to the fact you can judge someone’s health by looking at them. I’ll agree you can’t tell everything, but there certainly are some things that are evident, if you work in the medical field at least.
