there’s absolutely no way this ogre has $4,233 on hand right now. if she did they’d be in a motel and she wouldn’t be dry begging for cash apps and food every other day

She did have the money but wasted it on comic con and "being nostalgic."

They can’t go anywhere because they are on a dnr list so no one would accept them

Time to send her to the Gulag

How did you figure out she meets the minimum federal and state threshold to file? It doesn’t appear she does…

If you made $20,000 over 4 years in New Mexico and haven't paid taxes, you'll owe federal and state income taxes, self-employment tax, and potential penalties and interest.

      1. Breakdown by Year
Assuming you earned $5,000 per year evenly across four years (2020–2023), here's what you owe:

      A. Federal Taxes
      Self-Employment Tax (SE Tax)

      15.3% of $5,000 = $765 per year
      Total SE Tax for 4 years = $765 × 4 = $3,060
      Federal Income Tax

      Taxable income after SE deduction:
      SE deduction: $765 ÷ 2 = $382.50
      Taxable income per year: $5,000 - $382.50 = $4,617.50
Since this is below the standard deduction (~$12,000+ per year), you likely owe $0 in federal income tax.
      B. New Mexico State Taxes
Tax brackets (varied slightly year to year, but let's estimate using 2023 rates)
      1.7% on $5,000 = $85 per year
      Total state tax for 4 years = $85 × 4 = $340
      2. Penalties & Interest for Late Payments
Since you didn't pay estimated taxes, the IRS and New Mexico may add penalties and interest:

      A. Federal Penalties & Interest
Failure-to-File Penalty: 5% per month (up to 25%) of unpaid tax (but likely not applicable if you weren't required to file due to low income).
Failure-to-Pay Penalty: 0.5% per month (up to 25%) on unpaid tax.
      Interest: ~3–5% annually, compounded daily.
Assuming 3 years of penalty & interest on $3,060 SE tax:

      Estimated penalty = $3,060 × 15% (rough estimate) = $459
      Estimated interest = $3,060 × 10% (rough estimate) = $306
Total IRS penalties & interest: ~$765
      B. New Mexico State Penalties & Interest
Late payment penalty: 2% per month (max 20%).
      Interest: Around 4–6% per year.
Assuming 3 years of penalties & interest on $340:

      Estimated penalty = $340 × 10% (rough estimate) = $34
      Estimated interest = $340 × 10% (rough estimate) = $34
Total NM penalties & interest: ~$68
      3. Final Estimate of Total Taxes Owed
      Tax & Penalties Amount
      Self-Employment Tax (4 years) $3,060
      Federal Penalties & Interest ~$765
      New Mexico State Tax $340
New Mexico Penalties & Interest ~$68
      Total Owed (Estimate) $4,233
      4. What Can You Do?
File ASAP to minimize further penalties and interest.
Set up a payment plan with the IRS and New Mexico if you can’t pay in full.
Deduct business expenses if you have any—this can lower your taxable income and reduce the amount you owe.
Consider requesting penalty relief if you qualify (e.g., first-time penalty abatement).
Let me know if you need help calculating potential deductions or setting up payments!

It’s because she’s “self-employed”. The minimum for self employment is like $400 for the entire year to have to start paying income tax.

If she weren’t self employed she’d have to make like $15k for the year before she’d have to start paying income tax.

      1. Darkfalzdude Share • 11

        This yes!

        1. EastMarsupial3160 Share • 14

She's absolutely cooked. Thanks for putting this together because she obviously has no idea how taxes work and likely thinks she doesn't make enough to file taxes...but Tophia, that's only the case if you were working A REGULAR JOB

          1. Darkfalzdude Share • 9

Nw I was curious to see how much she would owe..

      2. sweetdeepkiss Share • 7

        Oh my gosh.

        1. EastMarsupial3160 Share • 16

She likes to brag so much about being "self-employed" and has no idea the tax burden that comes with that filing status lmao

      3. Remote_Background558 Share • 3

And this is why most will still hold a job and do TikTok on the side so they don’t have to report as self-employed.

      She's my econmic queen

  5. whats_for_lunch Share • 15

Better start selling signatures and Pokémon cards.

  6. Still_Mission_1918 Share • 12

I kept saying she owed, and it's been stated taxes do not come out of her pay and that she needs to put money aside 😬 if I knew her info, I'd report her just to be an ass 🤣🤣🤣

  7. Security1138 Share • 9

I imagine she advocates for social programs: well those programs aren't free.

  8. LegitimateShip9429 Share • 8

She’s lucky the IRS ain’t caught her ass yet. This is part of why she don’t want a job she also don’t wanna pay taxes and instead spend it on BS.

  9. babymothball Share • 4

Now how does she get reported for not paying taxes in New Mexico? I wonder if someone....will report her 😈

    1. starryesque Share • 2

i looked it up and there’s a form that you can fill out but it’ll be kind of useless because she doesn’t have an address to receive any official documents from the irs. so it’ll be floating in limbo until she files her taxes from a job (which will never happen 😒)

  10. babyxoxo19 Share • 3

I can’t seem to understand how or why she’s gone 4 years without paying taxes??? Is she that stupid?

  11. freshoutthebuffet Share • 3

She has to pay taxes on those cash apps she loves to brag about if it’s over a certain amount (I think it’s $500)

She thinks all this money she’s getting is free cos she doesn’t pay rent, clock in for work, or pay any real BEELS

    1. Darkfalzdude Share • 4

She probably thinks writing off means getting the whole thing for free. Not just the taxes..

      1. freshoutthebuffet Share • 1

She gets her financial advice from her crackhead pappy

        1. Darkfalzdude Share • 2

          True that!

  12. jake_rn95 Share • 2

    LMFAO

  13. hydra333 Share • 1

I don’t think they even make enough to pay taxes

    1. Darkfalzdude Share • 3

      She's only getting 300 on the 15th...

I hope the IRS gets her ass
