The concept of strategic non-intervention
Based on the completely polemic opinions on how Tophia should be handled, perceived and treated after this horrendous, traumatic and unfortunate event, it seems that people don’t understand this powerful concept.
Simply allow Tophia to receive a massive amount of financial support. Don’t stand in the way, do not convince others to refrain from donating. Allow her to have everything at her disposal and take full unadulterated control of her resources. IF she is truly unable to change her destructive habits, she will ultimately fail and will not be able to shift blame onto others. This is the opposite of what is happening now, where she is saying she “wishes she could have gotten help earlier” after referring to her GFM. She has something or someone to trace back this event to.
If she’s somehow a changed person, then the donations will have been a good idea.
Yes, it’s money waste, yes it’s unfair she gets money when she’s extremely flawed, unaccountable, etc. But don’t worry about it, don’t project your own frustrations onto the situation.
(And yes, I was doing this and it took me a while to get here so I’m not better than ANYONE.)
The same concept applies to the Trump presidency. Democrats have lost control of Congress and the Supreme Court, with a Republican president. Trump and Republicans will have no one to blame if their changes result in negative outcomes. Short of a few blocked EOs and bills from liberal judges, they had complete control of the US economy.
(There’s another term for this kind of strategic thinking, but it’s not appropriate given the circumstances and please don’t say it).
Stay safe and take care of your mental health.

Did you not understand the concept of the message? Just let it happens eventually she will waste it all anyway and people will have exhausted their resources. She will end up at square one again.

I feel like we already know the outcome.
And if the donations end up being used properly, which I do think to the smallest degree they will-- (she has no choice but to use some of it to get a room, and then she will get doordash and more lunchables I guess) once the rest is spent on useless shit with the excuse "I'm grieving, I deserve to have nice things" and "I don't owe anyone an explanation" she's going to go straight to asking for more financial help and the reason she's going to use is going to be Donald JR and Marie, straight up.
She's not going to change overnight, unfortunately. I don't have an ounce of faith in her. It would be amazing to be proved wrong but I'm not that optimistic for Tophiachu. -
There's another expression though and that is "give them an inch and they'll take a mile."
Whatever help she receives she will feel entitled to more. If people just let her spend where she wants everyone will get to see how they ended up in a car. If she's given financial freedom short term to help them get off the streets she will demand more.

Yes she will, but just like before people will have their limits. I suggest they let it get to that point.

I think it's going there regardless. I do think you're right. It will show people how irresponsible and greedy she actually is.

I had the same sentiment a couple of weeks ago
Let her be stupid and blow all the money. Let her stuff her gut with patty melts, Mountain Dew, and family sized chips
Any negative outcome from her actions, she will just blame her supporters anyway
Like if she were to develop diabetes, she’d blame the audience somehow

Very bad idea bec she’s going to scam galore with this one. She’s dry begging already now.
