        Yeah, she better not. I already have lost some of my sympathy towards her, if she starts going on a racist rant towards latinos and/or mexicans 97% of that sympathy is going out the window (with only 1% left because it still was an absolutely horrible situation).

        I'm Mexican, I believe we can absolutely criticize and condemn someone's actions without grouping everyone that somewhat shares something in common with them 🙄

I asked a home care worker if they could just release someone who's going to need serious help and care after a severe head injury, and they said if the person is going to need aftercare, they won't just release them. So I'm hoping they won't knowing there is no stability, but then again NM might be different in Healthcare

    I feel so bad for mamachu. She shouldn’t be having to live her elderly years out like this, now she’s going to have to spend the rest of her days with the image of her dead son in her head and forever feeling the pain of that night. As horrible as it sounds I hope she gets put in a home, she will only continue to suffer further under Tophia’s care.

      I don’t really understand why people feel so bad for Marie she did it to herself as much as Tophia did. Marie never stepped up and educated herself and her children for a better life.. now they’re poor and can’t afford to put her in a nursing home or assisted living(I mean can anyone tho? lol) what happened isn’t their fault but to say Marie had no part in her position in life would be unfair.           No what I’m saying is you guys make Tophia out to be some abusive neglectful daughter when Marie is the one who raised her to be this way. You reap what you sow. What happened to them is horrible and unrelated to any faults of their own. They were victims of gun violence and lack of care from the Albuquerque government. It’s not Tophia’s responsibility to care for a mother who never taught her how to. To put all of the blame on her is unfair. They both had equal play in their situation.

        i understand this in my opinion, but despite everything she’s still an old lady. I feel bad for the fact that this elderly woman was shot and saw her son get shot and killed. she may have caused a lot of the issues but that’s still a horrible thing to have happen to someone that i wouldn’t wish on anyone, especially an old lady at the end of her life

          Yes of course. When it happened I was literally crying and felt so horrible for everyone involved. She IS just an old lady who got shot. I just don’t agree with the people who are blaming Tophia for them being homeless when Marie did not teach her to be successful is all I’m saying. What happened to them was horrific.

    Aw man. I have a lot of conflicting thoughts about marie. She was raised like shit and ultimatelty raised her kids like shit. She angered me in plenty of ways but never as much as Tophia has. Ultimately, we all know she loves her kids deeply and that's why she's enabling Big T and in return that is what kept her chained to the car and the continued abuse she faced from her own daughter... but fuck. Knowing she got shot at all was obviously a shock and would make anyone be like wow. But to know she was shot in the neck and survived and having the imagination to play through the woman we know and just think about it brings it to another level, doesn't it?

      Why would she be already out of the car at 3am? It’s dark, she can barely see anything and anyone can just jump her at any moment. She’s paranoid asf and she’s scared of being alone (probably the dark too) and if she wasn’t there at all, where would she be?

      Also, I know it’s hard to believe but fat people can run. Maybe they won’t be able to run as long or as fast as a less fat person or someone more athletic can but they can still run lol. Adrenaline can make you do crazy things as another commenter said. I heard of people lifting CARS up with just their HANDS.
