They truly fumbled the bag
It will forever be insane to me that they had a RENT STABILIZED 3 bedroom apartment for only 800 something dollars a month and 3 grown adults couldn’t get it together enough to get the rent paid and ensure they could stay in their home. They will truly NEVER find a place that affordable ever again.

well obviously, but if you are short on cash & need a stable and affordable living situation… they should’ve been more careful & done everything they could to keep that apartment 🤷🏻♀️

they were EXTREMELY LUCKY. they did not deserve that apartment considering how it was never clean and papachu smoked inside it all the time. i’m glad they’re out but i know the rent was raised x1100000000 after they left.

And I remember she was literally asking for money and all the bullshit she did with it? Iguarantee it was way over $800. Like nobody told you to fucking lie and then spend that money going to comicon and going to see BTS in Las Vegas…..

Because of their nastiness!!!! Donald would be the only one ever trying to clean and would beg tophia to pick up and clean her room. He even offered her money before to clean her room.

Oh yeah, the mess definitely didn’t help their roach problem at all, but I was always under the assumption they always had roaches. It’d make sense why the rent would be that low if the place had been infested. I’m not trying to defend tophia though so 🤷♂️

Yea I wouldn’t be surprised if it is a roach infested apt complex. But who really knows unless someone else lives there and could confirm if it’s a bad bad place or not

I sure hope someone nice who genuinely needed a place was able to get that apartment for that price after they got booted out. Honestly they probably had to rent it out even cheaper due to the damage and stench left behind by the Chus lol.

They 100% jacked the price up after they left. The only reason they were paying $800 is because they had been living there for like a decade and their original rent price had to be honored by new management
