I just wanted to share my story: I was in Tofupa’s situation. I slept on park benches, a tent, and stayed in a shelter like her but unlike her I BUSTED my ass off at work and using resources the shelter gave me. As of yesterday I have a HOME! She makes so many damn excuses like get your ass up and HUSTLE shit gets exhausting real quick.

Congratulations!!!!! It must feel so empowering to know it was all you. You made it. I don’t know you but I’m very proud of you. It’s not easy. We were all depressed about something, but some of us aren’t moochers. My daughter is struggling and she won’t accept any help. She’s works her tail off. For that I’m proud. I taught my kids independence skills starting at age 5. I never ever pressured them yet they all got scholarships. That’s what life is about. It’s like the chicken struggling to get out of the egg. It’s hard but they get out with a lot of work without help from their mom. Maybe that’s a bad analogy but I think you get it. Again congratulations 🎉🎊
