Tophia and Asians
As it is commonly known, our beloved Neanderthal has a borderline sickening fetish for Asians, specifically East Asians such as Koreans or Japanese. This is shown in her comments on Asian men, dueting Asian men, and actively watching gay porn featuring Asian men. This obsession got so out of hand that a few of Tophia's victims had to leave the platforms due to the constant stream of harassment coming from her. Tophia is also seen indulging in a massive amount of Japanese and Korean culture, from watching anime, buying manga, and obsessing over BTS to the point of getting scammed into a concert in Las Vegas and stranding herself in the city for a while. To sum it up, Tophia would kill to be Korean or Japanese, and she would commit literal terrorism to have an Asian partner.
However, the reality is that Korean culture values three things when it comes to attractiveness in women: an absurd amount of proficiency in hygiene, a light skin tone, and a slim body type. All of these things Tophia doesn't have in the slightest. Therefore, most Korean men would consider Tophia to be subhuman and wouldn't get within 10 feet of her, similar to how most regular people view every single member of the Slydells. Also, if Tophia even stepped foot on a single piece of Korean soil, it would be a disaster for her. She would be harassed by teenage girls whom she desperately wants to be, stared at in absolute disgust by ajummas (middle-aged women), and men would be walking in the opposite direction from her. It would be absolutely catastrophic for our favorite Korean fetishist in South Korea. Therefore, Tophia has a poor chance of ever finding the man of her dreams in the place of her dreams.
This sickening fetish of hers may also come from a place of insecurity about her own culture. As we all know, Tophia has major insecurities with her own heritage, constantly demeaning and belittling Hispanic culture and identity, such as by saying racist and discriminatory words against Hispanics. This may come from her misunderstanding and self-loathing of her Hispanic identity, her non-existent understanding of Spanish, and her lack of experience with her Hispano (descendants of Spanish settlers in the region) culture and identity. Korean culture, however, is incredibly homogeneous and has a large reach worldwide, drawing millions to K-pop, manhwa, K-fashion, and Korean cuisine. This uniform culture, opposed to Tophia's disoriented sense of identity, creates a sense of peace for her and soothes her identity crisis.
Tophia has a clear and evident identity crisis, and she resorts to another culture to soothe her identity crisis as a Hispano of New Mexico. While this may cause sadness and disorientation for Tophia, these obsessions have resulted in disruptions of her and others' livelihoods, causing an even deeper wrench in her reputation.

If she lived in an area with high population of Asian Americans, her delusion may have actually went away. Cuz she would be hit with the cruel reality that Asians are genuinely disgusted by her.
Who am I kidding, she would just spend her whole time hiding inside anyway.

I don't think she eats any Asian cuisine (big deal). She eats the blandest foods and is scared of seafood. Maybe a drunk Asian bro might take it but otherwise her luck is slim to none.

My bf is mixed with East Asian(Japanese and Chinese and he’s mixed with Pacific Islander) and I tease him all the time about how Tophia would want him 😭 though she might not want him bc she might not like his tan skin or in her words, “burnt color” 🙄
