People were suggesting they’d get a camper or a class b rv which wouldn’t require a specific license to drive there was one suggested in their area for $500 as well. Someone also suggested equipment to cook and do other necessities in a small budget, but they didn’t get one.

That’s the thing too. Who in their right mind would ever consider buying RV at $500 unless it’s a fixer upper. Tophia doesnt have money for that also with all her brothers past cars hardly being street worthy.

You don’t need a specific license for a camper van or a class b motorhome, there was one being sold in their area for $500, I, along with many others were suggesting they’d get one along with other useful equipment to cook and stay comfortable, but her brother would rather buy shitboxes with hardly any room to live in.

If they weren’t sleeping in their car they wouldn’t have been targeted, quite simply because they wouldn’t have been there, they would have been behind locked doors and windows and behind 4 walls. She's not going to be able to get a brand new one that has everything like that, and even then, you need to hand-dump the septic tank (gray water), so an older one is what she can afford, will say caravan class A she NEEDS A LICENSE TO PURCHASE THESE! (made that big for her, lol) yes, you need to fill them with water, and they need to be hooked, and she needs to know where to dump gray water with her brother. It was at least a little doable not for her, though. Some do come with generators, but it all depends on how old and the branding of it
