Marie isn’t thin by any means but she’s incredibly short and nowhere near as heavy as Tophia. It always irked me that Tophia thought her hand-me-downs were suitable for her to wear.

For sure! Marie is Tophia’s biggest enabler and has said some horrible things but I still don’t want to see an old woman get abused. I financially support my 66-year-old mother on an hourly retail wage, and I’m always concerned with her having suitable clothes, bras, underwear, toiletries, etc. I can’t imagine handing her my majorly oversized clothes and calling it a day.
