I’m surprised she hasn’t been checked for diabetes yet, because in her smooth brain lumpy head if she’s diagnosed she will qualify for disability. But that would require filling out paperwork.

I could tell you she's diabetic without looking at her necks.

And with PCOS (I know it’s not confirmed but she has it) she seems insulin resistant af already by her symptoms so she probably DOES have diabetes as well. Ugh.

The dark armpits are another indication of PCOS. Unless that's just an ample amount of hair. Which is equally as gross. I can't tell if she has a dark ring around her neck because of the neck folds.
