Tophia has failed as a sister daughter and person her she deserves absolutely nothing at all not even a jar of dirt to use your brothers death for your own benefit and blaming his death on your internet drama instead of his murderer is so beyond low and sick as the eldest sister of boys her actions and words are way more than infuriating it is definitely not her grieving she did not care about her brother when he was alive and she doesn’t care now that he’s dead Donald did everything he could for that slime ball he was homeless with her and Marie living out of a car eating lunchables because Tophia didn’t want to get a job and help pay rent at her big grown age he would work just so she could spend their rent money on stuff they didn’t need she didn’t want to get off the internet she doxed herself every single place they went she claims that she does everything she can for her family while she would put herself Donald and Marie in constant danger just so she can achieve her dream of being an influencer she is incredibly selfish while her mother is sitting in the hospital recovering instead of being there for her she is on the internet arguing with people saying it’s their fault for her being homeless them not getting help sooner and her brother dying on her story it’s surprising how those words can even leave her mouth as I stated she failed as a sister and daughter she could have done so so so much but didn’t even though she is fully capable of doing so like I said as an older sister my heart hurts for him I could never imagine putting my brothers through that I would be SHATTERED to pieces if I were her the fact Tophia can do all of that with zero remorse or accountability is sociopathic behavior she failed as a sister and a daughter she’s an evil person and she has the deepest hot place waiting for her when it’s her time
Also for her defenders that think it is the internet’s fault nobody is forcing her to stay on the internet she’s a grown ass woman if she chooses to stay on the internet and keep up with her behavior whatever happens is completely on her

Deep down, we hope she would change. She would get off the internet, get a job and support her mother, but knowing her, that’s a bunch of BS. I know now some of her haters have some sympathy (me included) and she’s receiving donations to pay for Donald’s funeral expense and her mom’s medical but knowing her, I wouldn’t be surprised if those funds are mismanaged by her and she spends it on her selfish interest other than what they are suppose to. It’s like giving cash to an alcoholic homeless person you see camped close by a liquor store. Your humanity side wants to help, but your logical side knows it’s counterproductive.

Well do a full deep dive on her before really giving a definite response. APS won’t do anything people have called before and they did not take Marie away, why? Because Marie herself said she was FINE. APS can’t really do anything since Marie is an adult so she can give consent they can not take Marie without her consent. Unless she shows she’s incompetent they won’t do anything cause they can’t it’s not like CPS were they can intervene.
She will never get off the internet idk how the court will get her off unless she does something heinous. She’s also not gonna be taken to court people have tried to get authorities involved but being a Slydell in Abq, APD could care less tbh they have other priorities than dealing with the Slydells. Also again APS won’t do anything since tophia herself is a consenting adult so she won’t go with them either, she sees any government assistance as ABOVE HER.

I'm hoping that the silver lining of the whole shooting situation is Marie gets help and is taken into some kind of custody after being deemed incompetent so she can spend the rest of her days housed, fed, and safe.
Tophia hadn't been at the top of my radar in a hot second because from my perspective she is a woman that is just really delusional and ignorant and impaired on some level. But def if appreciate to be pointed in the right direction. I really don't consider ppl even unless they're genocidal leaders or rapists or something of that caliber.

It is what it is. This sub is super toxic. And really exemplifies what happens when people are too invested into lowcows. I don't obsessively follow her. I don't know everything about her. However, evil is a really damning accusation. She needs intervention by authorities to help not only her mother but herself. We all have experienced second hand her brother dying. We may in the near future see Marie or Tophia die as well with how things are going. She's a bad person. Yes. But this is just getting to a point that it's sick to cheer on the downfall of a clearly f*cked person who needs real serious intervention.
My advice is always: don't interact with her don't give her money and especially do not directly antagonize her.

I just want to say this post wasn’t meant to cheer on her downfall; that isn’t even close to what it’s about. I am not a hardcore Tophia follower; this is simply my view of her as an older sister with younger brothers that I had to take care of myself. A part of me really does want to see her get better, but she’s proved time and time again that she will never change. Her behavior, words, and actions are inexcusable and evil. She is abusive and manipulative, and she doesn’t feel any guilt about it (you can find proof of this in the subreddit). Hence, I said she has a deep, hot place waiting for her.

Tophia clearly has something wrong with her and to argue otherwise is straight up delusional. Like I casually follow lolcows online and I never understood when other people would that behavior. But now I really do see what other people are seeing when it's this malicious and antagonistic behavior because we know that Tophia reads the subreddit and we know she is going to wash out and at this point how many of these posts are just antagonize her to create and promote a certain behavior that this clearly messed up individual does not have the faculties to control.
Back in 2017 my roommate was shot and killed in a robbery gone wrong (rip Oshry) and he was shot in the show while to our house so I had to step over his body and I can tell you for a fact my behavior was very strange for a very long time after that. And I wasn't even close with the guy I cannot imagine how strange and bizarre and detached from reality her behavior is going to get. Like this is legitimately scary seeing the subreddit seeing the comments and seeing her increasingly worrisome behavior.
