Tophia, just curious, have you claimed your brother’s body yet?

r/tophiachutiktok • by demonicmick666 •

Delete if there was something similar to this already posted but a friend of mine made a point.. It’s been almost 2 weeks since Donald Jr’s passing and we (my friend and I) believe that Tophia has been too busy beefing with anyone and everyone to actually go claim her brother’s body. The GFM has enough to at least cremate him so they can have his ashes, but she only has until Tuesday until they dispose of his body. I know that if Marie doesn’t get his ashes she will regret it and THAT will be Tophia’s fault. She could reach out to his friends to go with her, especially the one who has the GFM money to help her pay for his cremation. That would guarantee her not only transportation, but it would guarantee her being able to bring her brother back to them. Tophia, if you are seeing this please go claim your brother. Set something up before you ultimately regret not doing so. You have 3 days, it needs to get done ASAP.

Why claim the remains when you can claim the Go Fund Me and fake cry over a cheesesteak?

    1. demonicmick666 Share • 35

Honestly, that seems more important to her than making sure her brother is with them.

      1. zachhoepfer Share • 32

Of course it is. Tomorrow she could get a Patty Melt

        1. demonicmick666 Share • 14

Or it could be $30 of Taco Bell. Poor Marie, I’d be so mad having to smell that food.

    2. Still_Mission_1918 Share • 24

Omg, she would blame Reddit. It's our fault she lied and half potentially set everything up and didn't do what a 30-year-old should do

      1. Seeka00 Share • 8

Clearly we would dox her, and she has to be cautious about her location now 🥵🙄

        1. Still_Mission_1918 Share • 3

          Aa, yes, and this! 🤦‍♀️

    3. Spiritedawayfan2015 Share • 6

I’m sure she loves it she doesn’t have to buy anything for Marie or Donald Jr.

  2. HPMJ2014 Share • 44

I will bet money that it’s already been arranged for him to be cremated the cheapest way. Tax payer dollars have paid and he will be returned to them in a bag. No GFM will be spent on that. I’m sure they already went over all of that with her and arranged it.

What a fucking way to go.

  3. Past-Membership2000 Share • 23

You know she’s on here reading and talking about us she’s literally among us

    1. Still_Mission_1918 Share • 17

🤣🤣 notice Thursday: I told her to keep mentioning Reddit in a bad light. It will bring all your new supporters here to see we have done nothing and you did everything yesterday. She stfu about us, bahaha, always telling on herself

  4. Alexisbaltazar1995 Share • 15

I really hope that doesn’t happen and why only 3 days?

    1. Still_Mission_1918 Share • 19

Some cities only hold the body for so long. Ashes are cheaper and do not decompose. It's a role

    2. Top-Establishment-56 Share • 7

      I was wondering that too

    3. -sayagain Share • 6

Hell id be surprised if bodies aren't stacked in Albuquerque with the amount of crime they have.

    4. Swimming-Inside-2983 Share • 4

No matter how long a body is fridged, it will decompose, just slower. Also what Still said…some cities cannot hold bodies forever.

Marie would NEVER claim it’s Tophia’s fault if she doesn’t they her son’s ashes. It’ll all be the internet’s fault somehow.

    1. demonicmick666 Share • 5

If Marie claims it’s the internet’s fault, I won’t be surprised but I’ll be disappointed. You can hear your daughter complaining about everything since she’s sitting in her room with her. She absolutely has time to do so before she goes to visit.

  6. Lopsided_Pick9368 Share • 10

she has other things to worry about duh 🙄

    1. XRLboom Share • 11

Like getting a patty melt and fake crying on social media

  7. Junior-Commercial295 Share • 10

hopefully since she stalks this reddit she will at least let her mother have her sons ashes. but knowing big t, i don't think she would gaf enough at this point. she will only do it if it will benefit her i think

You guys do know he has to go the medical examiner for an autopsy right? I’m not a TOPHIA defender but as a victim of a homicide he will probably be there and that can sometimes take a while.

    1. Jaded_Shock_5635 Share • 19

No, he doesn’t. It’s not an unsolved murder where someone needs to step in and examine when and how a person died. He was shot, that we all know and so that is what it says on the death certificate. No need to investigate that portion of the tragedy.

      1. frenschtoast Share • 5

There is still a criminal investigation regardless if it’s a seemingly open and closed case

      2. ThriftedTeacup Share • 4

It doesn’t need to be an unsolved murder. It’s still part of the legal process and procedure, I do this for a LIVING. I don’t know how the laws are in NM but there is a high likelihood this is the case.

I have personal experience claiming two loved one's bodies from the medical examiner's office and have watched two autopsies in person. You're right that the medical examiner needs to release the body first. Typically family members will work with a funeral home for transportation to a crematorium and the funeral home handle the paperwork/logistics of everything.

Autopsies are pretty quick and in the morning I was at the medical examiner's office, there were two conducted. Any evidence is collected and preserved. It may take 6-8 for serology and toxicology results, but by then, the body has been released. A death certificate isn't issued until the medical examiner finishes the report/gets all the results. But as noted, the physical remains are no longer required for that.

It's up to the family to contact a funeral home for the the body to be transported from the medical examiner's office; Tophia can't just roll up in carchu and throw the body in the trunk to take to the crematorium herself. Since Donald is a medical examiner's case, it's possible to have the body for longer than normal. I live in the most populated city in my state, and for one of the medical examiner cases, I was told that they would hold the body for about a year before the state would bury the remains in a potter's field. Obviously that's not true for all counties, but I figured it's an example.

I assume Tophia/Marie will either do the UNCLAIMED INDIGENT CREMATION PROGRAM so that they don’t have to pay for cremation and/or the Crime Victims Reparation Commission to get funding for the funeral.

    1. demonicmick666 Share • 3

There has been no talk about his funeral since the GFM was posted and she was upset about it not being approved by her. He doesn’t have much time until they dispose of his body due to the decomposition. I hope they did this, but if there has to be constant communication with these programs, I don’t think she’s doing so.

      1. SoMuchGah Share • 3

Looks like if she doesn’t claim him before cremation then she will have to wait 90 days after cremation to claim him. Then she will have 2 years to claim him. This is all if Bernalillo County is handling him.

      2. FJP82075 Share • 2

        >she was upset about it not being approved by her

Yeah bc she wants the money to directly into HER pocket.

        1. demonicmick666 Share • 1

Yeah you’re correct, and I bet it is now.
