tophia. i’m gonna say this in the nicest way possible, i’m sure you’ve heard it a million times but it has to be said. you need to get off of the internet. go get your life together. do better.
you have been doxed countless amount of times yet you don’t do ANYTHING (besides reporting) to protect yourself and those around you. i find it so crazy, you continue to stay on the internet even when you KNOW its dangerous for you specifically. if you knew people already had your current address, you for sure knew it was bound that they’d dox you. you said earlier in the live, “they’re going to start sending men from dating apps”, insinuating you knew!
what you should’ve done the second you found out these people had your address is:
1) report it to the police
2) deactivate your accounts/go radio silent
instead what you choose to do is go live.
does that make any actual fucking sense to you? i’m sure it doesn’t for anyone who has a brain so let me explain it to you. if your information had already been shared amongst people who you DONT want knowing where you’re currently living, why the hell would you announce it to hundreds of people on your livestream knowing that 99% of those people are trolls who could give less of a damn about you. people are nosy, they will go out of their way to find your address and you’re making it easier for them because you’re leading them to the fucking source, tophia. then you go throw a fit about it? breaking shit people gifted you?
i mean, it’s actually insane. do you not care about your mother? your brother? yourself? you are risking your safety for the sake of living some delusional, internet influencer, e-girl, buisness owner, makeup guru, artist fantasy. you act like a toddler and a teenager all at the same time. you are 30 years old.
you are 30 years old with nothing to show for it. that’s fucking depressing.
i am a firm believer that it’s never too late for someone to accomplish big things but it’s different when it comes to you. you don’t do shit to help yourself. you could very easily get your family out of that hotel and into an apartment if you got a fucking job. dont get started with that “social media is my job” when its not. if you so badly cant keep your greasy fingers off of tiktok, then for you it should be a side hustle only because it’s not bringing you an influx of income. it would do you so much better if you had an actual working wage income PLUS what you make on tiktok, that’s DOUBLE. combining it with your brothers income that’s TRIPLE. but you don’t want to put in the work!!
you’d rather spend your days locked up in the room on your phone. doing absolutely nothing. all you do is cry and complain preaching “WOE, IS ME” for the YEARS.

She’s right though, but not for the reason she stated. A police report will be useless because she committed the “crime” she’s reporting, and there’s no one to charge.
30 years old and thinks internet bullying (caused by her) is a reportable offense that police will take seriously & investigate.
Unless she has the names, phone numbers, email, and/or addresses of ANYONE involved, the police will not be able to do a single thing.
I work as a military police officer and we have to turn down people for reporting internet related issues but have zero information for us to work with. We cannot do anything. We just take their basic info and tell them to keep in touch in case anything else happens that could further the case. 9 times out of 10, we never hear from them.

this goes to show though how little tophia knows about the real world. it’d definitely be interesting to have her go to the police and they serve her a slice of reality.

i honestly think it’s just too late for her, the way she thinks and behaves is so absurd. if she’s incapable of making decisions then i would say her section best bet would be to speak to a therapist or some sort of counselor but she won’t do that. it’s a very sad situation but i can’t bring myself to pity her because she’s just too grown to be acting like this

right! in this case i didn’t know if she had gotten doxxed or if she did it on her own, if its the second then there’s no reason to contact the authorities since she fucked up. but if people keep constantly finding her location even though she’s not saying where she stays, that would be considered cyber harassment.
the door dashing is annoying, but it’s more about sending men looking for sexual favors to where she’s living. it’s extremely dangerous and alarming. i don’t know how police investigations go, but perhaps they’d look at the account messaging the man and that would give them an email or a number to the person sending them messages. then go on from there, at least that’s what i think would happen.
informing the police (in my mind) would be the first step. “now i’ve informed the police, i’ll remove myself from the internet” type of thing.
just like how you said, law enforcement can’t remove her from social media. that’s why if the issue continues yet she still keeps going live/posting, it is completely her fault. if calling the police wont do anything, her leaving her accounts and living a normal life WILL!
it all just comes down to her way of thinking and functioning, but she doesn’t do anything for herself. she doesn’t want to get a job. therefore, she’ll continue to suffer and drag her family along.

Cyber harassment, sure, 100%. Who are the police going to charge if Topher has no concrete evidence of who is doing it?
Grindr accounts do not have the email or number public, and you can make an account with a fake email and phone number. Same with any dating app, really. Not to mention deleting your account erases your existence on said app. And again, unless Toetoe has the identity of someone who would be doing this, it’s a useless investigation to start. Tophat needs to provide SOMETHING to initiate an investigation, and if it’s just cyber harassment, it isn’t enough to warrant one… especially if she’s the one leaking her own address.
She should inform the police, but all they will do is take her information and file it away until she provides something that warrants launching an investigation.
The police’s first piece of advice to her would be to remove herself from the internet, but we all know she will not do that. Why take any sort of initiative? Why do the ONE thing that would critically limit the amount of harassment you face? She won’t. She said she won’t. She is the victim in her mind and protecting herself, in her mind, is admitting fault. She will not do it.
All of this and more is why she won’t seek out the police. It will cause her to get off her fat ass. It will require her to look inward and evaluate what SHE is doing wrong and how SHE can fix it. It comes with actual advice from authority figures that goes against what she believes, even though it’s for her benefit. Just like she said, it’s useless. Just not for the reasons she’s claiming.

unfortunately i dont think she ever will get off the internet! she most she’s tried it would be at least 3 days (intentionally) and like 1-2 weeks (unintentionally because she was sleeping in the car). i really do believe that she’d be able to live normally if she just got off tiktok and stopped over sharing with people.

i find it crazy that whenever people do send stuff to them, she makes her mom answer the door. like what if someday it was someone dangerous and they hurt her mom?? she seriously doesn’t think logically, she continues to put her family at risk, and can care less about it. just as long as she’s getting some type of attention from all of this. that’s what makes her continue going live, she loves attention even if it’s negative. just sad.
What exactly would the police do? She doxxed herself, giving her address away. They can’t do ANYTHING. Being sent DoorDash, while annoying, isn’t enough to do anything. Who are the police going to charge? They also cannot make her get off the internet.
She put herself in a horrible position. She HAS to stay online because that’s the only place she makes money. That’s her “full time job” because she refuses to get a normal one. Mamachu doesn’t have a job. Brotherchu ???? nobody fucking knows. Papachu is an unreliable check to them.
She can’t move. She doesn’t have the money.
She cant leave the internet without getting a job first and saving some form of money. She is in a tight corner and she won’t be able to get out of it unless she takes a serious look at herself, which won’t happen.
