i've used cashapp a few times before and it always lets me know when a payment was declined that i've sent so idk why she needs to announce it on her stories. also if she's having an issue withdrawing the money its probably because her account was flagged for fraud so asking for someone to send the money again won't help her at least i wouldn't think so. she should probably contacy app support but she won't cuz she be lying

No but how does that happen to her SO often? This is like the 3rd of 4th time she's made an insta story saying this and I do not believe her. Also let's say she got 2 cashapps recently but person 1's didn't go through. Now person 2 might think it was theirs that didn't go through and send her another one. This is scammy and she knows exactly what she's doing.
