Living in your car was by choice Tophia. You and Your late brother had a creepy obsession with spending your money on “toys” and Junk.
Fulltime Job is 40 Hours a week, so if you and your brother had Full Time Jobs. You’d be together working 80 Hours per week.
You’ve stated most jobs pay $15.00 an hour, but Min wage is $12.00 an hour, so I will use that.
80 hours x $12.00 = $960.00 a week.
There are 4 weeks in a month
$960.00 X 4 =$3,840.00
So you and your brother would have brought home $3,000.00 a month after Taxes.
Weekly Hotel accordingly to you is 300.00 a week
So 300.00 x 4 weeks =1,200 a month
So Tophia why were you living in a car? Be honest? Make it make sense. Stop lying to people.
Now we all know your brother dashed and you made money on social media too……
Min wage jobs are a dime a dozen. Any fast food chain has high turn over rates.
Careers and good paying jobs are hard to find right now in some places.

Yes, I feel for you in the sense you witnessed a very tragic loss. Your brother lost his life in a horrific way.
Now you want say you can’t work because of TRAUMA? Ok I get that now. I really do, but what was your excuse the last 4 years?
You’re almost 31 years old and you’ve had 1 job your entire life
You sat in that apartment and watched your family STRUGGLE all those years.
While you are abled body and have no fucking disabilities that would keep you from working at McDonald’s.
You have watched your family self destruct and lose everything, because you are lazy,narcissistic and self absorbed.
Conclusion : Fuck You Tophia. I am saying Fuck you Tophia for all us hard working people that has had to work (3) jobs to make ends meet. Who work 7 days a week, so we can pay our bills, feed our kids and put a house over our kids and families heads.

Agree. I was emancipated at 16, worked 3 jobs, put myself through college with no debt, and had roommates. I bought a house when I was 21 with my now husband and we are thriving. Putting in the work is key. She’s lazy. That’s all there is to it.
Everyone has struggles, many faced trauma. It’s okay to not have it all together but you have to do what’s necessary to be an adult. Go to therapy, start with a part time job, whatever it is. Anything but making excuses and blaming other people. No one is looking for overnight perfection, just progress forward. If she doesn’t want to do that then she needs to take the steps towards disability, she won’t though because she is the laziest person ever. Ive never seen such an entitled and whiney 31 year old…

She should not get disability because she is not incapable of working. She is 100% already sniffing out a PTSD diagnosis (which will take months) so she can get it (Which, even if she could, would take years) where is the money gonna come from during all that time anyway. She really thinks this is her golden ticket to being taken care of forever and it's sick.

Oh will take years and probably an attorney if she even can, my point was that if she isn’t going to work, she can at least start that process so she is doing something vs nothing. I don’t feel she should get any disability either but I don’t know her in real life, she could be so intellectually stunted that she can’t work a job. She just needs to do something…she is 31, I’m the same age and could never live like she is.

This right here!! I lost my brother, took two weeks off for initial grieving…and then went back to work because I still had to provide for my family. I just cannot with her.

My kids and I started working at 14.5 yrs old. I became disabled later on in life and have SSDI now plus work when I can bec the pain is brutal. My mother would never have allowed me to stay in her home without a job. I left home at 18 already well established in my job with credit. That was nasty azz family.

this isn’t as heavy as what people go through AT ALL, but my cat to which i was heavily mentally connected to died tragically after i came home from work, yet the next day i was still at work. In a way i think working made me forget about what happened even tho i was going home crying every night because i only had me and my thoughts alone. She could literally just get a job to try and forget, to put something on her mind to think of. She’s just using dumb excuses

So sorry for your loss. Losing pets can be, and is, very traumatic. Whenever I lost my grandmother (the first person I ever lost that really affected me deeply), I stayed working, both while she was sick in the hospital & after she passed. When I wasn’t at the hospital, I was working, then back to the hospital. Would stop at home for a quick shower, sleep for a few hours, then up again to do it all over again. It actually helped keep me sane & from just sitting around worrying & being sad, so in a lot of ways, worked saved me. We aren’t responsible for the bad things that happen to us, but we are responsible for how we deal with them. Tophia can either allow this situation to make or break her. The choice is hers.

Right?! Same! Even before this happened, I never understood how she was just content with sitting in the car or at the library all day while Donald worked. Like, who doesn’t like having a nice cozy little area to come home to that you can call your own? It doesn’t even have to be much, but just sitting in a car, then sleeping in one, day after day, and not doing anything other than sitting online would drive me crazy.

Look at Laura Keidel from Forensic Files. She is in her seventies now or close to it and owns a franchise business and raises two species of animal for conformation showing. And yet she watched her mother get garroted to death, violated after death and buried less than 2ft under ground that a Jacuzzi was put over, then watched her sisters burn to death while she herself was 2nd/3rd/4th (!) degree burned over a majority of her body AND dumped off her father's boat in Ventura Harbor to drown or get eaten by a shark, several times in fact, only to swim back to the marina every time while serving as living chum due to her skin grafts bleeding in the briny water. This wasn't the least of what she lived with.
Or any other survivor of a mass murderer/serial killer/family annihilator. Then look at Tofurkey. And see who is the real survivor and who is the bullshitter sociopath milking her brother's tragic death, her dad's incarceration and her mother's possibly imminent death from GSW complications and COPD for internet clout and free money with no strings attached.

I was raped at 8 yo and have horrific PTSD. Yet I work fulltime. I watched my very close friend die and fade away 3 feet in front of me due to a drunk driver. Yet I have worked a full time job since highschool. Tophia has 0 excuses. Even in full blown dope addiction I worked full time rain or sunshine, high or dopesick. She's just a lazy fuck that only cares about herself.

My childhood was terrible. Tons of trauma and violence and death.
I have had a job since I could work. I don't own my own place but I'm looking into buying.
I take in feral cats and rehabilitate them.
I get up every day at 3am to take care of all of them.She is entitled and lazy and I'm not sure why.

Sorry, guys for my Rant. Her stories recently have pissed me off. I wish I could sit down with APS Agent and give them the full Run down. She is a Danger to her mother, especially now how vulnerable and Fragile her mom’s health is. She is the type of a person who would bring in McDonald’s or any food the mom use to enjoy, and eat it infront of her mother while knowing her mother is on a puree diet and the smell of the food is prob making Marie wish she could eat a burger. I can guarantee she is eating food, snacks and enjoying things infront of her mother.

Would her disability you think she has keep her from working any fast food joint, goodwill, dishwasher,housekeeping, kitchen help, stocker? The answer is NO! I see people missing limbs, in wheelchairs working! I know (2) people personally who are confined to a wheelchair chair and they are on disability and need caregivers to get them out of bed and help them get ready for the day. Those (2) acquaintances show up 3 days a week and volunteer at the hospital for FREE because they want to give back and get out of the house and interact with people! They are confined to wheelchairs one has ALS and the other a quadriplegic. No fucking excuses for tophia! None! Those (2) people would trade places with Tophias “so called disabilities in a heartbeat!

Actually, we don’t know. She most likely has KBG syndrome and she would need a battery of testing to determine what she can and can’t do. This is also the same person who got fired for hygiene issues so it may be very unlikely she can work. No one will hire a stinky person who doesn’t shower and screams at people

She can Walk, push, pull and bend. So let’s just say she has whatever disability you think she may have? Would that disability keep her from working at goodwill? According to you she stinks, ok goodwill smells like shit, so she would fit in there perfectly. Could Tophia make a bed? Wipe down furniture, operate a vacuum? Yes, she could do housekeeping? I’ve been to many hotels where the halls smell of BO due to the staff or housekeeps not wearing deodorant due to their cultural beliefs??? Stop making excuses for her. You are part of the problem!

Exactly! If my 78 year old neighbor with scoliosis so bad to the point he can’t even stand up straight can work as a greeter at Walmart, Tophia’s ass can work. People with all sorts of disabilities—both mental & physical—can work certain jobs. Tophia is not “disabled” to the point where she can’t work, if she’s even actually disabled at all (which has never been proven/diagnosed).

They could have—and still could—go get a freaking trailer in a trailer park for even cheaper! There is absolutely NO reason this lazy, entitled child masquerading around as a supposed adult can’t, and certainly couldn’t have, worked. Most households have two people working/bringing in some type of income, yet this woman thought it was better to not do a damn thing. Now, her only true lifeline she had that she could have—and should have—made their situation better with, is now gone. Tophia, you are not the only one who has suffered from trauma. You didn’t want to work before, and you’re only using your brother’s death as an excuse to not work now. Get it together, girl. You’re about as low as someone can fall right now, but there’s still a few more ledges to hit on the way down if you don’t do something soon to help pull yourself up out of the hole YOU have dug yourself in to.
