Tried to hold back on criticizing her but…
To say it’s our fault you’re on the streets is crazy to say, Tophia. For the longest time, we’ve been saying, get a job and get a stable roof over your head. But you said you’re never getting a job, and you guys are fine. If I remember correctly, you previously spoke of living in a car fondly, saying you guys can travel wherever they want or something like that (?).
I get Tophia’s grieving, which is why I didn’t say anything at first. I even tried to tell people to hold back on making assumptions because I had some hope she’d change her life, but they were right, nothing has changed. She is saying if we didn’t get her kicked out of motels (which WE did NOT do, if was your own fault, Tophia), that this wouldn’t have happened. What? I get you’re hurt and angry and confused, but if you’re gonna build a timeline and blame anybody, BLAME YOUR FATHER. He was the first domino, according to your logic by not paying $2,000 worth of rent. He’s the reason y’all got evicted, so direct this anger at him instead of blaming nameless, faceless strangers on the internet who aren’t at all responsible for this.
Tophia, you should’ve stayed offline. I don’t know why you even thought it was a good idea to start this shit again, especially so soon. Hasn’t even been a week and she’s back on her bullshit.

Another thing. (somewhat off topic) She says that she’s disabled and IF she thinks that’s the reason she cannot get a job, that is WRONG!! i personally have had my fair share of extreme medical issues which have left me disabled but you know what i do about it? I make ways for myself to become stable and have a job to support myself !
Now i’m not saying that she has specifically said this, but in my mind i somewhat believe that she thinks this way. Let me know what yall think-
I think you’re right. And I also wanna say it’s great that you find a way to support yourself even with your struggles - it shows you have that drive to want better for yourself and you won’t let anything stop you.
I tried giving Tophia benefit of the doubt but I already give up. The only work she’ll ever do is work hard to find excuses as to why she can’t get a job or help herself and her mother. Now she’s saying she won’t leave her mother in a home because if she does, Marie won’t have the will to live. Though I do think Marie and Tophia have a toxic and co-dependent dynamic, I also think it’s just another excuse.

Right now the most she needs to worry about it regaining her health and i pray that she heals perfectly. Poor woman. Also about the will to live thing, Tophia is doing exactly what you said. Working hard at excuses!! She would rather keep her elderly mom with her out of loneliness than put her in safe care ONLY for her benefit. it’s sick :/

I was blaming papachu for them getting kicked out, but I have come to realize that Tophiac could have paid for a apartment, instead she would buy makeup that she wouldn't use and or other crap from tiktok
Also seems like everyone is forgetting the part where she got kicked out of apartments and motels FOR NOT PAYING RENT. They were basically squatting at their last apartment and only left after literally getting an eviction notice. The motel? Yeah they couldn’t pay up.
