    Has APS stepped in for Marie?

      APS can not do anything unless Marie lets them. APS has been called on Marie in the past and they always left because Marie is a consenting adult so she always denies their help. They were close one time but I think Donald Jr. or Tophia intervened so they couldn’t take her away.

        That’s true. But why can’t she stay overnight with her mom?

          I think it depends on the hospital really, I think they don’t let her stay in the same room as her prolly only during visiting hours. They also most likely don’t want her in the same room so she can rest those others hours (although tophia said Marie hasn’t been able to sleep). She can prolly only stay in the waiting room.
