what will happen?
i genuinely, with every fiber of my being, want the best for tophia right now. she’s all alone for the first time ever and it must be so isolating and stressful to know all she has left is her mom, whose holding out in the hospital. i truly believe tophia deserves to heal from this, but i wonder how? how will she move forward? will people help? is aunt karen serious about raising money for her? is this going to be enough for her to realize she can’t trust the internet for her fate anymore? i just don’t want anything else to happen to her or her mother or her father, even if he’s on his own path. i’m horrified for her

I don’t think tophia has the mental capacity to figure out how to go through with a disability claim, so hopefully the hospital Marie’s at can help her with it instead since at this point she clearly needs it, or maybe some other financial aid. I have a feeling that if that does happen and they get housing, tophia will still refuse to get a job tho.

we just have to wait and see, she needs a lot of time to heal and reflect on what she should do this point forward. even though she is a bad person, no one deserves this, we should at least offer her a little support.

i really truly hope that tophia takes advantage of the resources her state can offer her and her mom. they’re going to need time to heal and i hope healing includes finding support for her moms health and getting help for herself. it’s so shitty that this happened to them and i hope to god they recover as best as they can from this :(

It has been a long time since the last time that I knew what was going on in Tophias life. Why do you mention that only Marie is the only one left? What happened to Papachu? I tried to look up about him, but nothing came up. Is he locked up, or when did he die? Or yall simply dont include him because of his mental state

papachu has been separated from them for an extremely long time. last time they were together he was arrested for holding them hostage in their apartment. ever since then he’s been on the streets, committing various crimes and getting arrested over and over. he’s basically in his own world

Either it will be a wake up call, she’ll put Mamachu on disability and get a job herself, they’ll move into an apartment and try to rebuild from there, or it will be her breaking point and she’ll end up one of those crazy homeless people you give a wide berth to.
