She says she has no one to talk about her problems with but got diagnosed with depression and whatever else …?

Idk how this all works, I went through stuff but never was able to get help, so I don’t know how it works, but to me if you were to get diagnosed you had to talk about your life at leas.t…? Idk But like did she lie and probably got diagnosed on fucking TikTok or…? Pls educate me

A couple years ago, I was referred to a behavioral therapist and when you go to one, they ask a lot of personal questions and questions about your life along with the things that led you to be there in order to diagnose you. They also don't just diagnose and send you off, they make a plan on how to treat you whether it be medication, talk therapy, etc;. Hypothetically, if she went to a therapist of any kind, they would have asked and talked to her about her personal life and she would have to go back too.

She keeps saying she got "diagnosed" with PTSD and depression. But when pressed on getting disability for PTSD and depression, she says she needs to get it documented? It doesn't make sense.

you reap what you sow. i don’t feel bad for her. if she wasn’t such a weird, socially inept and nasty, hateful individual, i’m sure she would have a support system of some sort.

there’s always therapy, she could probably get free counselling for being a survivor of a violent crime. but she won’t do that either, she probably thinks she’s above it and would act like she knows better than her therapist. so wallow tophia. you’re not actually depressed from losing your bro, you’re depressed you didn’t get the $7k godfundme you wanted.

As someone who was in and out of appointments. A therapist doesn't diagnose you; a psychiatrist does. I got diagnosed with a lot of things: adhd, ocd, bipolar, and depression. A therapist can not really diagnose you, seeing that they are only there to try to help you get over what you're dealing with. So, in other words, she's lying
