True, they both had pets disappear under suspicious circumstances (I choose to believe they both ran away from these awful people and found safe happy homes with a nice elderly woman), use their mothers for content but will happily throw them under the bus whenever it suits them, and whine constantly about their trauma. They should be friends- they have so much in common.

Tophia wins no contest. As dumb as Amber is, Tophia is still on an entirely different level. Amber is at least smart enough to actually make money of¹f being a lolcow and actually does know at least a little bit about how the world works. Just Amber being responsible enough to have her own apartment and keep most of her pets alive, Tophia could never.
