Taxes?
With her income being donations/ tiktok live $$ does she make enough to need to file taxes? I definitely feel like she makes at least $400 a year (the minimum to file in NM). Do you think she’s going to get clocked for tax evasion 😭🙏🏼

I doubt the IRS would waste the resources.

With the rate that TikTok gifts goes she’s legit only getting like 30-35% of whatever viewer had spent originally. Then let’s factor in her other platforms to squeeze every dime out of idiots..
At best she’s getting enough for a beer maybe A meal delivery at Wing Stop at 50% tip

She always talks about having to pay taxes but I doubt she’s ever filed taxes a day in her life or even knows how to. I have self employment income, and it’s very complicated to file when you’re filing on your own without anan accountant. She definitely doesn’t have the mental capacity for it, and I KNOW she’s never gone to an accountant. Just lying for the sake of lying 😭

She always mentions paying taxes but she has also said she hasn’t filed taxes YET.

I'm not sure if she's aware, but as a 1099 contractor (self-employed), she’s required to report the value of any free products or samples she receives as income. These items are considered taxable by both the IRS and most states. For example, in 2012, I received an iPad and it was reported as approximately $2,000 in income. She’ll be responsible for paying both federal and state taxes on the fair market value of any such items.

That’s why her cash app got shut down, she was avoiding taxes. So yay!
