this live was genuinely hilarious cause she’s reaping what she sowed + she’s getting angrier everyday. Let her make the GoFundMe; everybody is already prepared to report it but the aftermath will be elite content. Let her believe that house is coming with no proof of income + lack of rent history, she can’t get a job either cause she’s so old + haven’t had a job in years + no work skills, she would need someone to put her on with a job (another handout). Everyday is gonna get harder for her and it’s just gonna get worse, she’s 32 and she’s losing her mind this live proved that (especially the whole black features/skin color thing, she seen the Reddit saying she’s not black all this week). It probably started to dawn on her how fucked she is, ash-chu used to be her fallback and he was working and trying to get a 3 bedroom apartment at the request of the ogre, and she contributed nothing, but wanted her own goon room. This is also how they likely qualified for a rental, ziplockchu and papachu could provide proof of income. This whole apartments need 3x the rent is stupid of her and shows how little hunting she’s done. Is based on your income to debt and they want to see the proposed rent to only be 50-55% of your total monthly earnings.

Qualifying for a house is even harder toph… is like 40-45% of your PITI (principal, interest, taxes and insurance).

In my state, higher income areas want 3x the rent amount per month. But that's also looking at 4 bedrooms + and 4000 + SQ ft. I'm sure she's looking at lavish homes with a pool. She's unrealistic about everything. I'm sure her real estate searches aren't any better.

I guess what I was trying to express is that she’s thinking about it backwards… is called a DTI (Debt to Income) ratio. My old cruddy apartment would take like a 50% DTI (aka “2x the rent”). What you taking about sounds like the place wants a 35% DTI (aka almost “3x the rent”)

I was just pointing out that she's looking for luxury rentals. She thinks shes going to get a housing voucher for a luxury property with a pool. Now we know her "job" doesn't count for housing help. Shes going to have to get a job for a shitty apartment if she wants "free" housing.

She’s not going to go very far at all. At most, she will have enough to get into a small apartment but she will lose it within a few months and it will entirely be her fault. She is completely irresponsible with money and id be surprised she makes it to afford the following month’s rent. She will continue to go online and beg for money but it will never be enough.
