No it wasn’t real but this really needs to stop being given attention before it gets bigger and worse. But here’s a comment I made on why it’s not real below. They put the genital picture over the Twitter post and blurred out the user of the poster.

Yeah this was definitely way too far to do. I can acknowledge Tophia is weird and a bad person, but trying to make fake pictures of her and saying it’s her genitalia is definitely..incredibly weird and I think it’s against the law? I’m not sure though

I don’t believe faking it is against the law any more than the blatant harassment is. If it was actually her in the pic it’d add to whatever cyber crime is being done but cyber crimes are almost never taken seriously unless its messing with the government, eg. the Minecraft and either war thunder or world of tanks discords that leaked military info.
