Tophia is really smarter than we think. The little bit of money she gets when she think shes getting a lot is enough for her to survive. She doesn’t want to work, receives free things, or buying on a budget. Also people do send her money when she asks. But, now she’s getting disability I believe she said (if I’m wrong just tell me but I’m pretty sure either her or her mom gets it). She will never get a job. She’ll always do what she wants. So yeah she’s way smarter than we think, she just says stupid shit all the time “mind yew✋🏻”
