Tophia admits to using papachu's disability checks to pay for her motel room and more while he was a homeless crackhead and didn't even know if he was dead or alive.

I think papachu's checks were like at least $1000 or something, he clearly doesn't have access to it because she couldn't even get into contact with him for him to even send it in the first place meaning they were the ones making his checks go "like that". I'm assuming Marie was the one who has permission to use it and for it to be sent to her as his spouse, but anything Marie has is really for Tophia. I know he had hella money, either from his disability check or something else, so I'm not sure about that whole time line because it's been like 2 years now😭😭 This is literally insane is it legal for them to use his disability checks while he's literally so out of it that even the court deems him as incompetent? I know he could consent to them using it up before, but that man can't consent to sht in the state he's been in for the last however many years. The fact that she used all of his money up and never went out her way to make sure he was okay... she made sure he was left for dead. Literally such a useless obese daughter😭😭😭

I mean all she really needs is the card number. I know someone in NM who gets disability payments. It’s either deposited in your checking account or it’s on the debit card they send you. It would be fairly easy to set up like a tap pay or just use the card number if she doesn’t have the actual card which I bet she has.

My husband gets VA disability and unless you’ve got a significant amount of injuries before you get out or documented shit, you don’t have much $. (Or if you have dependents aka wife kids etc) I’m gonna take a wild guess and say that papachu made barely 1000$ or around that. I’m sure his checks were just deposited to whatever he had on file and they had access to his card when he went to jail. That was shown on one of her lives when tophia and Marie were looking hard for that bank card. So legally no one should have used that money unless he had a beneficiary which we all know he didn’t. Donald would have had to say something about them using his money for anything to happen. Her and Marie are both POS. I think Marie turning her back on Donald is worse than what tophia has done. She married him and stuck by him until he got to sick and she abandoned him.

was it his VA (veterans affairs) disability checks or SSI disability or SSID? For VA disability, you have to rate at least 50% or higher to get pay $1000 or more, though you get more money added if you have dependents like a spouse and kids.
