People with finer hair are very lucky....
I just get annoyed when they make rude or judgmental comments about ethnic hair. Its enough that i've always struggled putting my hair in a pony tail after a wash and air dry.... now I have to deal with these silly comments as well.
I'm Dominican, and even when I was a little girl... i've always had A LOT of hair. Always been a thing on my head that almost dictates and controls my life. There have been a few times when I had to skip school because I couldnt fix my hair enough to look decent... it couldnt go into a pony tail. I had to go to the professional salon for them to straighten it and make it nice.
Nowadays when it wants to act up, I just wet it and put it in a bun, and gel up my scalp. Oh yea... regular gel doesnt work to hold my hair down. I use Got2BGlue.

Tophia is a rude, filthy person with poor hygiene, people don’t attack her because she has a certain hair type. Matter of fact a lot of people comment here about how pretty her hair would be if she just did bare minimum to take care of it. Natural hair can also be so beautiful. But she literally has what looks like lice, flakes, Major grease, and she don’t brush it and will go online like that for the world to see. I’m not trying to tell u how to feel of course but try not to take it to heart when people comment about her hair they don’t mean her hair type.

This post just comes off as ignorant commentary on thick natural hair. This seems as if They're attacking her hair type.

Tophia doesn’t have natural hair. She has coarse thick hair but it wouldn’t fall under the term “natural” atleast not the way we use that term in the US. She doesn’t have Afro textured hair it may be curly but definitely not Afro textured. Tophia simply doesn’t know how to style/care for her hair and tbh using methods used by the natural hair community wouldn’t even work for her hair type. Her hair is dry and greasy at the same time and let’s not attribute that to being “natural” that’s because her lack of hygiene. Don’t take it personally because she does Not represent those of us in the natural hair community.

Tophia has a lot of hair and it extremely coarse I can see how someone would compare it to horse hair. She also doesn’t care for it properly and she styles it in a way that makes it look more dry and frizzy than it should be. She just doesn’t even try with her hair. This is coming from someone with dense thick hair. But yes people with fine hair have an advantage when it comes to styling.
