Will also say that it could be both, but also acanthosis can't be scrubbed off and she DEFINITELY has that as well (I've got it. It looks butt ugly. I'm dieting to change that)

I think it’s partially her surgery scar but also she badly needs to scrub with a rag in the shower. I’m sure her elbows, knuckles, ankles, knees etc are all crusty.
