I often wonder if she has PCOS. I know she eats horribly and that obviously would make her heavier, but PCOS makes it even easier to gain weight. Plus she has so much facial hair (that’s honestly the biggest tell for me). That would make it very irregular too

I’m actually surprised she still has a period because of her weight. I became extremely ill in 2015 and lost a lot of weight and my period completely stopped. My doctor told me weight plays a big role in your menstrual cycle. If you’re overweight or underweight it can stop.
