What disability?!?!

Share: X Facebook LinkedIn Reddit
Being lazy, unintelligent, and chunky does not mean you have a disability. You’re fully capable of working ding dong. Oh wait, does it have something to do with you having “trama”👀

Oh boy, Tophia, good luck getting that disability check! You do realize your work history determines the amount you get monthly? My work history exceeds your entire lifetime, and I still didn’t receive the full amount. Your social media isn’t going to be counted as work. Also, it takes years of process, denials, and appeals to be granted disability. You’re going to have to figure out something else for income during your application process.
u/BitchMcConnell063 • 1 month ago • score 14
She's probably talking about SSI. You don't need a work history for regular SSI payments. You just have to make under a certain amount to qualify. As of today the maximum amount is $968 a month as long as you stay under the income requirements.

I used to receive SSI for my minor son who has autism and ADHD before getting a real estate license. Once I started making money it put us over the income eligibility so we no longer receive the SSI checks for him.

SSDI goes by your work history. She would never qualify for that. But SSI goes by income eligibility.

During this live, she mentioned she could get disability checks but complains that it's not enough and that she also is an approved for Foodstamps but she needs to work at least 20 hours a week, and she's allowed to have a part-time job while on disability. Can you imagine all the resources handed to you this way and you still are ungrateful lazy?!
- SSDI 18-40k a year
- 900$ a month SNAP (more maybe with her mother)
- priority placement in housing with a disability (with Marie even faster )
- Marie could get a free caretaker to come in and help her get to the toilet & WIPE lol

Don't ever say nothing can be handed to you topia your the lazy ass who wants to rot in a shelter .
u/Select_Medium5147 • 1 month ago • score 10
There’s no way she’d get $900 a month snap BUT she’d get prob $300ish which is better than nothing
u/Fire_Candle9530 • 1 month ago • score 4
Your right, most likely 300$ for her alone but yes it's def better than nothing , also can she add mamachu to the Foodstamps's? Make it more ?
u/Kuuromii- • 1 month ago • score 2
I still don’t think that’s possible. I know people with kids who get less
u/BitchMcConnell063 • 1 month ago • score 4
She wouldn't be able to add Mamachu because they are in different households and do not make or prepare food together.

Also, she wouldn't get SSDI. You need a work history to qualify for that and it goes by how much you have made throughout your time being employed.

If she has an approved disability she would qualify for SSI. (There's no way in hell she would ever get that either because a fat lazy begging bitch isn't a qualifying disability) But if she were to get approved for SSI it would be $968 a month.
u/Fire_Candle9530 • 1 month ago • score 1
Even if she got proof she has that Intellectual Disability, and the "PTSD & Depression" ?
u/BitchMcConnell063 • 1 month ago • score 8
She would never be able to acquire the proof she needs to show that her disability hinders her from working. A diagnosis is not enough to get approved. A generic "depression" diagnosis is not a qualifying condition. She won't be able to use the PTSD half ass online diagnosis either.

If she can waddle all over Albuquerque shoving her morbidly obese ass with a potluck of fast food she can waddle her ass into a job.

I have 14 rental properties. I would bet them all with confidence that Typhoid will never get a social security check with these bullshit reasons.
u/Play-Last • 1 month ago • score 4
Even if she were to be approved for SSI she’ll have to pay her fair share somewhere or they’ll take 1/3 of that max payment so she’d get like $646, then they’ll take $1 for every $2 she makes on social media with an exclusion of something like $65/month. She’d have to constantly report her income and any gifts or money sent to her or they’ll come after her for overpayments. She’d blow through that money on bullshit each month, can’t beg for money. It would be entertaining to watch but her lazy ass doesn’t need to be on disability.
u/BitchMcConnell063 • 1 month ago • score 1
Oh absolutely. Any dollar she makes aside from the hypothetical SSI check would be cause for both the SS payment and her food stamps to get reduced.

She's also not taking into account that she is responsible for claiming her social media money to the IRS so she can be taxed appropriately. I would love to know if she ever bothered claiming her "influencer income" or if she thinks the IRS will just forget about her because she is dealing with trama.

It amazes me how absolutely clueless she is when it comes to life.

You’re not getting disability! You don’t put into the system so you aren’t getting SSDI & for SSI YOU HAVE TO BE DIAGNOSED AT BIRTH to usually get that right away and even then maintaining it and doing what they want in order to not have it taken is hard. You have NO history of a disability since birth, so it’s going to be 1000000000x harder for you or anyone to get on SSI. Also, SSI isn’t enough to live off of, people on SSI especially are struggling with the big beautiful bill that’s making changes to their health insurance so they are pulling money from their tiny checks to pay that health insurance.

She is so lazy she will not fight an overpayment, she won’t go to a federal hearing, she won’t go in the office and do interviews, keep her paper work, meet deadlines, sit on the phone for hours and hours to talk to a real person. ITS NOT FREE MONEY, people on SSI are living rough and have to deal with bullshit all the time. This is not a get rich quick scheme.

In court they will determine why you haven’t worked, and what you are capable of Tophia. Your lame ass excuses will not fly with them. My partner and relative have it and it’s hard and even then so MY PARTNER WORKS. He can only work a certain amount of hours determined by social security because ITS FUCKING ROUGH OUT HERE. He’s in constant pain but still has to tough it out and work, he has cancer and he has an intellectual disability. No excuse!!!!!
u/DIODidNothing_Wrong • 1 month ago • score 3
Since her STEP-Father was ex-military he was getting some money from the VA. If it wasn’t enough, likely because he’s feeding a family of 7 just for tophia, then it means that either he didn’t get his 100% or whatever the VA was paying him they deemed is injury (excuse the lack of a better term) “well” enough that he still could work.

But let’s assume he got his 100% he’s still feeding a family of seven for just his step daughter alone
u/HPMJ2014 • 1 month ago • score 2
I can guarantee his rating wasn’t 100%. Probably 40-60% max.
u/DIODidNothing_Wrong • 1 month ago • score 1
I’m gonna assume it was 50% cause if it as 100% tophia would’ve been the first person to let the world know
u/HPMJ2014 • 1 month ago • score 1
Well I think it was about $700-$900 so it’s a low percentage my spouse is 100% and gets about $5k. Donald wasn’t getting that. Tophia would have spent every penny and wouldn’t be homeless 🙈

U got pay into disability to get disability and IF u do get it which is a BIG IF u will get 300 a month because u haven’t worked at all!!!! Trump is literally kicking people off of disability right now they certainly aren’t gonna approve a 30 yr old abled body a disability check
u/Substantial_Duck_612 • 1 month ago • score 7
Does she even have a disability???
u/pheco • 1 month ago • score 2
It is astronomically difficult to get disability in the US. You absolutely need a doctor to back up your claim. Even if you ARE disabled it takes years to get approved usually.

This GEICO commercial reject will never get federal disability.
u/Sharp_Shoulder1472 • 1 month ago • score 9
Check for what ??? Depression??? As far as I know this isn’t enough for someone tog et disability check unless it’s severe yet I don’t think she has it THAT bad 💀 like bffr she really just needed a diagnosis of whatever to be able to get disability check but this ain’t even enough 😭

Girl gtfu and go to work like everyone, I know so many people who have depression and they still work 🫵🏻🫵🏻
u/Wise_Fun_1012 • 1 month ago • score 3
Wild that someone like Tophia can live off government help all their life when there are so many more deserving people who need it way more than she does.
u/life-in-a-hayes • 1 month ago • score 3
She’s in delulu world thinking she’s gonna make oodles off of social media and get on disability. My MIL has tried for years to get on disability but has been denied because they “make too much” but they’re barely scraping by. Hell if her own mom can’t get on it I don’t get why she thinks she can. It’s a lot harder than she thinks. She can easily go and get a part time job and do social media still since she thinks that’s her money maker. She’s so lazy and stupid.
u/freshoutthebuffet • 1 month ago • score 1
I feel like her bum ass mama never even tried to get on it cos like her DOTTER she also hates putting in effort
u/HPMJ2014 • 1 month ago • score 2
Her stepdad was receiving Va disability checks… not SSI or SSDI… they are not the same at all.
Tophia is delusional. She will never see a disability check.
She is capable of working and will need to if she wants to receive snap. The new rules are wild.
Her life would be so much better if she just worked an actual job. 🙄 she works so hard to avoid ever working.
u/Oireex • 1 month ago • score 1
This whole country would be on disability if being obese with mdd and ptsd qualified them for disability
u/tetsuothestoryteller • 1 month ago • score 2
I thought her Tophatass was diagnosed with depression and PTSD? I guess that wasn't enough for her to get on disability? She's abled body, she can work, she just doesn't want to.

Of course the hungry rich peoole and the system are the main reasons of this and all that but one other reason why disabled people don't get paid a lot is because there is a fixed value of taxes that is spent on them and there are sooo many people who can actually work, who dont try to better themselves in anyway, falsely getting disability checks (what fatchu trying to do here). This causes that amount to divide between more people, which causes actual disabled people in need to get barely any money.

She’s gonna try to get disability due to the trauma she is going to say she’s gotten from brother chu and being homeless.that she isn’t capable of working or being in public spaces due to the trauma and fear and the craziest part is they’ll probably pass her for disability.
A family I member know receives disability for anxiety due to never knowing her father… like what
u/freshoutthebuffet • 1 month ago • score 1
Her diagnosis would have to prove her inability to work.

Her age is also a factor as well. It’s a long process.
u/freshoutthebuffet • 1 month ago • score 2
That’s not how SSI works 🥴

It’s gonna take years for an approval, appointments to attend, paperwork, etc.

She’s gonna give up the minute she finds out she has to do something on her end
u/111gct • 1 month ago • score 1
Wasn't she already diagnosed?🤔🤔🤔
