Who tf is Ryan and where tf is he???

Is anyone else having an extremely hard time understanding this whole situation with the GFM having to be refunded because they “couldn’t get a hold of the organizer”? Do you all even think this Ryan person even exists? I don’t understand how someone could start a fundraiser to help with their friend’s funeral costs and then suddenly disappear off the face of the earth… I also don’t understand how there’s absolutely NOBODY in her brother’s friend circle that knows who this person is (besides Angie and this “Superman” person) . Tophia said that she had multiple interactions with this person when the situation first happened, but now she’s saying that she doesn’t have his number or a way to contact him… something is super fishy, and it’s not just Tofupa’s body odor 😷

Ryan was apparently ones of brotherchus friends who started the gfm after his death.Tophia knew about it and didn't want people donating to that gfm,she wanted people to donate to hers.(How greedy 🙄).Now when the donation reached its goal, Tophi wanted to cash out so she could have the money.Unfortunately for these two things you need:brother brotherchus birth certificate and the creator of the gfm to actually do or say something. I have no idea why Ryan totally went m.i.a. Apparently one of his friends said Ryan died but I'm definitely not 100%convinced.That's what happened if I recall correctly.Maybe someone else can add something or back me up

He didn’t die, the death thing was just a random rumor people were starting on tiktok and here 💀. He most likely went MIA once he realized tophia wasn’t actually concerned of picking up her brothers and burying him. He saw the chu’s for who they really are-terrible people. Also some of brotherchu’s other friends stepped away from him once they found out he was talking to a minor, he prolly also decided to back away because of that.

There’s different theories. I think he’s a real dude and was involved because people looked him up on social media. I think a few people even messaged him and he confirmed to know Brotherchu from the shit box car scene in Albuquerque and said he set the GFM up. He also claimed he didn’t know the Slydells were homeless. Whatever.

I think the likely scenario is that he’s a real guy who Tophia asked to set up the GFM to get more money/look more legit as she didn’t set it up. His was set up around the time Tophia set up her own and then she took that down once she started getting help from that crime victims group because legally, she couldn’t take donations from GFM while getting help from the state. Whatever his motivation, I don’t think it was purely altruistic. Anyone associated with that family seems to be a shady shithead trying to get some internet clout (Squid, Angie, that lady with the letter) and money. I think he dipped when GFM started asking questions and asking for documentation.

Ryan is a real person, he was in a live I believe her name is Roachula I can’t remember. But yes he exists, the guy that makes decals knows him as well. He set up the gofund me on his own, Tophia didn’t ask him. He was just trying to help out but I think he got tired of all the drama so he just stepped back.

Well shit, I didn’t know people were saying he died and that Tophia was trying to divert attention away from Ryan’s GFM to his. It actually makes far more sense that he just decided to disappear instead of dealing with all the drama/harassment.

Tophia lies about everything so much that I thought her saying she couldn’t get a hold of him was just yet another lie.

I seriously doubt she was Ryan because if she was she wouldn’t have gotten nearly as many donations as that GFM got. You need publicity to get a good amount of donations for GFM, considering they got over 7k, with the refunds only being a couple hundred, It seems to me that most of the donations were people who didn’t know much about Tophia’s online presence or else there’d be way more refunds. Also the people at the balloon vigil would’ve likely been suspicious, it’s also not surprising to believe 7k was built up from people who work on cars because that’s an expensive hobby/ job.

I'm curious if the gfm was spread through news articles or through the community. I know some people here even donated because it was such a horrible situation. Now everyone sees how she acted after her brother was murdered in front of her. No one that sees that is going to donate again.

I know tiktokers spoke about the incident and that likely garnered attention. People from that could’ve donated and never looked back because they don’t know Tophia that much. There was also quite a bit of people at the balloon vigil, it’s a good chance they donated.

Tophia refused to get a copy of the death certificate or even attempt to pick up Donald Jr.'s ashes. It's weird that anyone would assume Ryan ghosted her when he likely told her what needed to happen in order to cash out, and she just never bothered doing it and made excuses but still expected to just magically get a check. Ryan likely realized it was a lost cause and wanted nothing to do with the internet drama.

Yes Ryan exists, he knew Donald, I don’t know if they were super close, but either way he set up the GFM to do a good thing, but he apparently needed a death certificate to collect the funds. Tophia said that the death certificate was supposedly stolen, but she refused to get another one. I think Ryan just got tired of Tophia’s shit and just ghosted Toohia after she failed to show the death certificate.

With how little stuff she owns, you’d expect her to keep track of it, even then, she still could’ve gotten a new one if she didn’t know where the original was, my best guess is that she never picked up the death certificate.

Ryan is real. I know someone who is a mutual in the car scene. Imagine my horror when I found out I was 3 steps away from a Chu. 🫩 I always say Albuquerque is small but not that small. He washed his hands of it and gave the whole scenerio an Irish Goodbye. He was trying to do what he thought was right but isn't chronically online and had no idea of the weight of the situation with Tophia being a LolCow.
