He was a crazy person who had multiple previous charges. Peter Garcia was his name. He had absolutely no connection to any internet spaces as Tophia tries to claim. Unfortunately the chu crew was in the wrong place at the wrong time and it was likely just a crime of opportunity. The shooter ended up dying so we will never know exactly why he did it. But he wasn’t some internet assassin like Tophia tries to say.

it was tophia's fault. they were homeless because of the mess and shenanigans they pulled at the motel they were at. and they were in a particularly bad area known for crime. it doesn't help that brotherchu's car stuck out like a sore thumb by being graffiti'd and painted the way it was.
